تبحث مجموعة دار التجارية عن مدير مشروع لديه خبرة عملية في تنفيذ ومتابعة المشاريع الإنشائية.
المتطلبات:
✔ بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية.
✔ خبرة من سنة إلى 3 سنوات في التنفيذ والمواقع الإنشائية.
✔ خبرة في الفلل والقصور والمساجد والمباني السكنية أو التجارية.
✔ القدرة على قراءة المخططات وحصر الكميات ومتابعة الأعمال بالموقع.
✔ إعداد التقارير ومتابعة البرنامج الزمني ونسب الإنجاز.
✔ مهارات جيدة في إدارة فرق العمل والتنسيق مع الاستشاري والمقاولين.
✔ الإقامة في مكة أو جدة، أو الاستعداد للانتقال.
البرامج المطلوبة:
✔ Primavera P6
✔ AutoCAD
✔ Microsoft Project
✔ Microsoft Excel – Advanced
✔ Microsoft Office
✔ يفضّل الإلمام بأنظمة ERP وأنظمة إدارة المشاريع.

We’re Hiring | Project Manager
Dar Trading Group is seeking a Project Manager with practical experience in construction execution and site supervision.
Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
✔ 1–3 years of construction and site execution experience.
✔ Experience in villas, palaces, mosques, residential, or commercial buildings.
✔ Ability to read drawings, prepare quantity take-offs, and supervise site activities.
✔ Ability to prepare reports and monitor schedules and project progress.
✔ Good team-management and coordination skills.
✔ Based in Makkah or Jeddah, or willing to relocate.
Required Software Skills:
✔ Primavera P6
✔ AutoCAD
✔ Microsoft Project
✔ Microsoft Excel – Advanced
✔ Microsoft Office
✔ Familiarity with ERP and project management systems is preferred.
