Are you an experienced Senior Projects Manager looking for a new challenge? We have a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic leader to oversee multiple high-end hotel fit-out projects in Saudi Arabia.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that these projects meet the highest standards of quality, adhere to strict schedules, and stay within budget constraints. Your responsibilities will include leading and coordinating diverse teams to deliver exceptional interiors that set new benchmarks in luxury hospitality fit-out.
Key Requirements:
– Extensive experience in high-end fitout projects within the hospitality sector, particularly in hotels
– 10 to 15 years of proven track record in Project Management within the fitout industry
– Hands-on experience managing end-to-end fitout projects in upscale hotels
– Proficient in stakeholder management for both clients and contractors
– Demonstrated success in executing a minimum of 2-3 prestigious 5-star hotel projects
– Possession of a construction-related degree
