We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a leading international main contractor delivering a major 40MW Data Centre project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
This is a flagship project and we are seeking candidates who have a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale data centre developments from inception through to handover within a main contracting environment.
Key Requirements
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Must have successfully delivered at least one data centre project from start to finish.
- Strong background working for recognised main contractors.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary construction teams on complex projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
- Excellent understanding of project controls, programme management, cost management, quality, and HSE requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall delivery of a 40MW data centre project from mobilisation through to commissioning and handover.
- Manage project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to achieve project objectives.
- Ensure the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and implement project execution strategies and delivery plans.
- Monitor construction progress and mitigate risks to maintain programme milestones.
- Coordinate with client representatives and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive commercial performance and manage contractual obligations.
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and final handover activities.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance management for the project delivery team.
