Senior Project Engineer Jobs in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE at Wood
Review ITT/RFQ documentation andinterpret the scope of work for all sizes ofprojects.
Work and take ownership of proposalsincluding written proposals, presentations,etc.
Prepare/collate manhours/qualificationsfor the proposal fromstakeholders.
Collaborating with centers ofexcellence and other affiliate offices as required to prepare awinning proposal.
Take part in the onshore andoffshore site visits for proposalpreparation.
Liaise with subcontractors,vendors & OEMs to obtain the costs for theirservices
Liaise with technology providers /Licensors as required for the proposals
Providecustomer responses (including expressions of interest,presentations, etc.)Ensure that the proposalis compliant and delivered ontime.
Prepare/Review/analyze proposal sectionsfor consistency and clarity, compliance with solicitation,requirements, and alignment with proposed solutions and themes, andwrites/re-wrote proposal sections as necessary to deliverhigh-quality, winning proposals.
Prepare anddeliver presentations (pre-proposal or post-proposal) to Clientsand other internal stakeholders
Take on theresponsibility of Proposal Lead or Proposal Coordinator as requireddue to the workload of the proposals team including (but notlimited to) the following:
Develop andimplement the proposed management plan (responsibility/compliancematrix)
