Job Brief:
The Senior Production Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are met efficiently and within quality standards. This role involves supporting the setup and operation of the pallet manufacturing unit, optimizing resources, supervising the production team, and maintaining high operational standards in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Support the setup and execution of operations for a pallet manufacturing unit, including site logistics, equipment, and team onboarding.
Supervise daily production activities to ensure smooth workflow and on-time output.
Coordinate with stakeholders for permits and regulatory compliance.
Monitor and improve production processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Identify operational challenges and work to resolve them promptly.
Ensure optimal use of manpower, materials, and machinery.
Support a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and accountability on the shop floor.
Implement and uphold quality control measures.
Track market developments and recommend product or process improvements.
Maintain reports on operational metrics and productivity performance.
Stay informed on technological advancements in manufacturing.
Promote a safe working environment and ensure adherence to company policies.
Assist in training and development of production staff.
Provide suggestions for operational improvements and assist in implementing changes.
Comply with QHSE procedures and ensure safe, quality-driven operations.
Take on any additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably pallet manufacturing.
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
Understanding of pallet production technologies and methods.
Knowledge of ISO, IMS, TQM, TPM, and SPC is advantageous.
Familiarity with QCS and computer systems.
Solid understanding of supply chain processes.
Proficient in MS Office.
Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Project management skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle stress and work in a dynamic startup environment.
Immediate availability is preferred.
