Senior Product Specialist – Dental Jobs in Doha, Qatar at Tanqeeb
Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, the senior product specialist is responsible for achieving sales quota and supporting the success of the Dental product line.
The role of the senior product specialist includes identifying new clients and expanding the existing client portfolio by directing, executing, and supporting collaborative sales efforts to achieve business growth and increase the company’s profits.
The senior product specialist closes on qualified opportunities and executes the sales plan in line with the division’s principal strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for achievement of sales/revenue targets set at the employee level.
Achieves product growth targets assigned by the specialty manager and ensures market expansion by adding new accounts and customers.
Negotiate pricing and offers with customers to best meet business requirements. Inform suppliers of any adverse product performances to take suitable action on time.
Negotiate better pricing and offers with suppliers.
Responsible for planning and maintaining inventory for the allocated product line, ensuring effective stock management, and managing product expiry.
Ensure timely invoicing, deliveries, and installation of related products at customer sites. Follow up on collections from customers.
Follow up on equipment installation and periodic preventive maintenance (PPM).
Ensure complete customer satisfaction regarding products and support.
Ensure proper transfer of information from clients to suppliers and vice versa.
Update clients on the latest product releases and other developments.
