Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap aligned with business and stakeholder goals
- Collaborate with service operations to address support needs and product issues
- Manage multiple products or projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities
- Work with government clients and internal stakeholders to support product delivery and decision-making
- Drive product execution in Agile delivery environments
Requirements
- Managerial-level product ownership or product management experience
- Experience working in Agile product delivery environments
- Previous work experience in the UAE
- Experience managing multiple products or projects simultaneously
- Experience with APIs, systems integrations, and backend-driven systems
- Experience in e-government services
- Experience working with government clients
- Certification in Business Analysis or Product Management
- Business-fluent Arabic and English
