What Will You Do
Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the timeline and milestones for feature development and product enhancements.
Evaluate and prioritize feature requests and enhancements based on factors such as customer feedback, market demand, technical viability, and business impact.
Work closely with engineering, design, support, and commercial teams to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the product development lifecycle.
Study, articulate, and advocate for user-centric designs and collaborate with product designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences and interfaces.
Coordinate product releases and updates, including defining release scope, coordinating testing efforts, and communicating release plans to stakeholders.
Monitor product performance metrics, such as user engagement, retention, and satisfaction, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Partner with customer success and customer support teams to ensure successful product adoption and address customer feedback and concerns effectively.
What Are We Looking For
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a product management role, preferably in the SaaS or software industry.
A customer-centric approach with a passion for understanding customer needs and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize effectively.
Exceptional communication skills, adept at conveying ideas and fostering collaboration across diverse teams while effectively managing stakeholders.
Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with evolving priorities and requirements.
Demonstrated growth mindset with a willingness to embrace challenges, learn from failures, and continuously improve.
Technical background is a big plus.
