Senior Procurement Specialist Jobs in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia at Edama
Execute end-to-end procurement activities to support Edama’s recycling operations, from sourcing and vendor selection to contract management and delivery oversight.
Develop and implement procurement strategies that ensure cost-effectiveness, sustainability, and alignment with Edama’s operational needs.
Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers and service providers to ensure consistent quality, competitive pricing, and compliance with environmental standards.
Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers, minimizing risk and maximizing value for Edama.
Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular evaluations to ensure adherence to agreed upon service levels, product quality, and delivery schedules.
Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and reporting documentation in line with company policies and audit requirements.
Analyze market trends, conduct cost analysis, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and savings.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with Edama’s sustainability goals, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
Support inventory management efforts by collaborating with warehouse and logistics teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
Qualification & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Professional certification in procurement or supply chain (such as CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of procurement strategies, sourcing methodologies, and contract management.
