Senior Procurement Specialist Jobs in Abu Dhabi, UAE at KBR, Inc.
Protects the Company from anycontractual risk by working in a process of continuous improvementto encourage/promote the introduction and implementation of bestpractice contracting odology and practices.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited ToReports to Procurement Manager Prepare  Strategy & Bid List(SBL) for approval by relevant Governance Board.
Prepare all necessary RFP and Contractdoentation for issue through ARIBA One Source and all Subsequentclarifications and Supplier.
Prepare anddevelop Bid Evaluation Plans (BEP).Prepare Recommendation for Award (RFA) for approval by relevant Governance Board and Undertake Contract Managementactivities including the issuing of Call Offs, and supportinvoicequeries and any dispute resolution asrequired.
Ensure
continuous improvement
ofsupplier performance and delivery.
Support Costreduction activities through renegotiation and/or retenderingactivities, including
Maintain accurate recordsin MAXIMO and ARIBA of all sourcing events andContracting
Take responsibility for the Contracting and Procurement part of the Agreement with COMPANYincluding possible audits.
Review and monitorissuance of Request for Quotation to the pre-qualified vendors forthe bidding of various materials and equipment requirements of theprojects.
Review Negotiation Plan as basis ofnegotiation for shortlisted vendors and ist with negotiations asrequired.
Review and as applicable approve
Commercial Bid Evaluation, Award Recommendation and Purchase Orderincluding all necessary and applicable contractdoents.
Monitor expediting of vendor withparticular reference to doentdeliverables.
Review accuracy of procurementstatus report and ensure follow up with specificprojects.
Liaises with Project Managers toaddress specific project issues
Ethically andrespectfully builds and maintains effective workingrelationships.
Education

BSc. University degree in Engineering.
MCIPS or equivalent professional
