Geo Harbour Saudi Arabia is expanding its footprint across the Kingdom and is seeking a highly experienced Senior Procurement Officer to support procurement activities for major projects.
Location:
Al Khobar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute procurement activities in line with project requirements and schedules.
- Evaluate and approve suppliers and subcontractors in coordination with relevant departments.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contract conditions with suppliers.
- Follow up on purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Prepare procurement reports and monitor cost and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Manage supplier relationships and improve supply chain performance.
- Resolve procurement and delivery-related issues.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (Engineering preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement, including at least 5 years in Saudi Arabia, preferably in infrastructure projects.
- Experience in engineering and infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of procurement procedures, supply chain, and contracts.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and time management skills.
- Good command of English, written and spoken.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems.
