The Role:
As a Senior Procurement Manager based in Riyadh, you will lead strategic sourcing initiatives, optimize supplier relationships, and drive cost efficiencies across the evolving supply chain. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Development, Operations, Finance) to align procurement strategies with business goals, ensuring scalability and resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute category strategies for direct/indirect procurement, focusing on cost reduction, quality, and sustainability.
Lead end-to-end sourcing processes: supplier identification, RFP management, negotiation, and contract execution.
Build and maintain partnerships with global suppliers, conducting performance reviews and risk assessments.
Analyze market trends and spend data to identify savings opportunities and mitigate supply chain risks.
Drive innovation in procurement processes, leveraging automation and data-driven decision-making.
Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.
5+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience, with a background in the logistics industry is preferred.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin to support global supplier negotiations and cross-regional collaboration.
Proven expertise in supplier negotiation, contract management, and cost optimization.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or procurement tools (e.g., SAP, Coupa).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to travel domestically/internationally.
