Position: Senior Procurement Engineer – Fit-Out

Salary: Up to SAR 20,000 (All-Inclusive)

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Procurement Engineer to lead procurement operations for interior fit-out projects. The role requires managing the full procurement lifecycle while ensuring cost efficiency, quality standards, and timely delivery of materials and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, vendor evaluation, and purchase order execution
- Identify, assess, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for project materials and services
- Align procurement plans with project schedules and budget requirements
- Coordinate with project teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while monitoring vendor performance
- Control procurement costs and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10–12+ years of procurement experience in fit-out or construction projects
- Strong expertise in negotiation, sourcing, and vendor management
- Solid understanding of procurement processes and contract administration
- Currently based in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqamah
