Senior Process Engineer Jobs in Abu Dhabi, UAE at ILF Group Holding GmbH
Job Responsibilities
Lead process teams for various project stages (feasibility, concept study, pre-FEED, FEED, basic engineering, tender design, detailed engineering). Review ITT documents, prepare technical queries, and provide technical inputs and man-hour estimates for proposals. Ensure process engineering deliverables meet project schedules, tender requirements, and quality standards. Identify and address design/contractual issues and schedule impacts. Develop initial design calculations and conceptual diagrams.
Prepare/review process simulations, BFDs, PFDs, and P&IDs. Specify and size process equipment and provide process data. Conduct relief valve sizing, flare system design, and hydraulic performance analysis. Review engineering documents and ensure
interdisciplinary
alignment. Provide on-site engineering support during construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning stages. Strong technical knowledge and design/
analytical skills
. Proficiency in process simulation tools (HYSYS, UNISIM, PROMAX) and hydraulic simulations.
Qualifications 10-15 years of professional experience in industrial facility design. Experience in feasibility studies, conceptual design, pre-FEED, and FEED design. Minimum 2 years as a lead engineer. Mandatory proficiency in English.
