As a Digital Transformation Consultant, you are responsible for working with businesses across various industries to assess their digital maturity, develop transformation roadmaps, and implement cutting-edge technologies to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and business agility.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and present comprehensive digital transformation strategies, roadmaps, business cases, operating models, customer journeys while maintaining refined digital strategies to ensure ongoing business value and competitiveness.
Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies (AI, IoT, cloud computing, automation, etc.) and their impact on business models, providing insights on digital trends and best practices.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive collaboration and successful transformation outcomes, understanding their business goals, challenges, and digital transformation needs.
Conduct digital maturity assessments and gap analyses to identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation.
Lead the design and execution of digital transformation programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Work with cross-functional teams (IT, operations, marketing, finance) to implement digital solutions and process improvements.
Identify and recommend suitable digital tools, platforms, and technologies to enhance business operations.
Facilitate workshops, presentations, and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
Define and track KPIs to measure the success of digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in Data Management and Governance.
Strong understanding of digital technologies, including cloud computing, automation, data analytics, and AI.
Proven ability to design and execute digital transformation strategies in complex business environments.
Experience with enterprise solutions such as ERP, CRM, and workflow automation tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Certification in digital transformation frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Agile, ITIL, PMP) is a plus.
A strong sense of responsibility, logical thinking, problem-solving skills, teamwork spirit, and public engagement ability.
Excellent understanding of national frameworks and regulations (DGA, NORA, etc.).
