We're looking for someone who:
- Has proven 360 recruitment experience within AI, Data or Cyber Security
- Has experience recruiting across DACH and/or Benelux markets (ideal, not essential)
- Can win new business and build long-term client relationships
- Wants to scale a high-growth European desk from Dubai
- Is motivated by high earnings and international career progression
