We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planning Engineer to join our team and play a key role in the planning and control of major construction projects. This position offers the opportunity to work on large-scale developments, collaborate with talented professionals, and contribute to projects that make a lasting impact.

Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with approved timelines.
- Prepare look-ahead plans, recovery plans, and project forecasts.
- Analyze project performance and identify schedule risks and delays.
- Coordinate with project managers, site teams, consultants, and clients.
- Prepare periodic planning reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Track project milestones and support timely decision-making.
- Assist in budget monitoring and project control activities.
- Review resource allocation and productivity trends.
- Ensure planning processes comply with project requirements and company standards.
- Support successful project delivery through effective planning and coordination.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of overall relevant experience.
- At least 10 years of experience as a Planning Lead or Senior Planning Engineer with a contracting company.
- Proven experience in the execution of major capital projects of similar scale and complexity.
- Minimum 8 years of project planning experience in the Arabian Gulf region.
- Experience working on projects valued at QAR 100 million and above.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera for schedule management and project controls.
- Experience working within ISO-certified organizations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- High proficiency in written and spoken English.
