Position: Senior Planning Engineer (Fitout)
Proven experience in handling large-scale projects Strong proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6 and or Microsoft Project
Good knowledge of contract conditions e g FIDIC is an advantage Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills Ability to coordinate with project teams consultants and stakeholders
Professional certifications Scheduling Professional PSP are preferred Solid understanding of Project scheduling and baseline preparation Critical Path Method CPM Resource loading and cost control
Progress monitoring and reporting Delay analysis and claims EOT preparation is a plus Experience in preparing Detailed project schedules Weekly and monthly progress reports Recovery and mitigation plans
Bachelor s degree in interior design or architect Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field 5 10 years of planning experience in construction, with at least 2 years in senior planning roles.
Experience working in the UAE or GCC region Strong experience in high-rise residential, hospitality, and fit-out projects in the UAE. Familiarity with project dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) Experience in multi-project environments
