About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Performance Management Specialist to support the implementation of Reef Holding’s performance management cycle, develop and review performance indicators, analyze evaluation results, and follow up on performance improvement plans. The role contributes to enhancing employee effectiveness and aligning individual performance with departmental and company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of the performance management cycle according to approved timelines.
- Coordinate with departments to develop and update employee KPIs.
- Review performance indicators to ensure they are clear, measurable, and aligned with job responsibilities.
- Monitor the entry and approval of employee objectives and KPIs within approved systems.
- Follow up on periodic and annual performance evaluations.
- Analyze performance results and identify trends, gaps, and areas requiring improvement.
- Prepare periodic reports on performance results, completion rates, challenges, and observations.
- Follow up on employee Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) in coordination with managers.
- Maintain accurate performance records, evaluation results, and related reports.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of relevant experience.
- Performance management and KPI development
- Reporting and data organization
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and follow-up
- Good Arabic and English proficiency
