To conduct employee payroll and benefits’ processing activities including ensuring implementation of rewards program and updating payroll data in order to provide smooth payroll services in accordance with defined SLAs and external regulations.
Follow all relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions and ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices, considering leading practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.
Promote the implementation and adherence to relevant policies, processes, and operating procedures to others.
Adhere to risk management rules and regulations in the delivery of own work to always ensure compliance.
Supervise compensation and benefits policies and procedures implementation to ensure alignment with set compensation and benefits strategies
Assess individual performance results and implement rewards decisions accordingly
Validate all applicable additions and deductions on employee wages, adjust payroll accordingly (i.e. time and attendance allowance, bonus, end-of-service indemnities, insurance, etc.) and ensure monthly payroll reconciliation
Execute decisions concerning financial impact on payroll
Ensure implementation of end-to-end GOSI administrative services and follow-up on updated GOSI policies and procedures to ensure proper implementation
Draft and communicate decisions impacting payroll to related entities and departments for accurate implementation
Knowledge & Experience :
6 to 8 years of relevant experience in Payroll role
Education & Certifications :
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or equivalent is required
