Now we are opening a small number of partner seats inside it.
WHAT WE DO
Human in Residence makes serious companies AI companies. Two sides, one firm:
• We build. Squads go inside a company, set the AI strategy against the P&L, and ship systems into production. Real implementation, not slideware.
• We place. We find AI-native operators, the people who ship in production, and put them inside companies rebuilding around AI.
Build wins the client.
Talent stays behind.
The company ends the engagement owning its systems and the people who run them. Full cycle, from startups to the Fortune 500. Significant business won inside our first three months.
THE ROLE
You own a market. We give you the firm to win it.
• You bring the domain and the relationships built over a career.
• We put engineers, product leaders and agents behind you.
• You win the mandate and hold the client. The squad delivers.
You will not write code. You will own the trust inside a market.
WHAT SITS BEHIND YOU
The part no traditional firm can offer.
• A founding team that includes a builder who took a company from inception to a $100M valuation in eight months, and an operator who built and exited an AI product to a US healthcare company.
• An engineering bench with backgrounds from Uber, Shopify, McKinsey and Paradox.
• An agentic backbone our own team built: network intelligence that maps who to approach and why now, agents carrying sourcing, research and outreach, and systems producing client-ready material in hours.
The load that used to demand a back office is carried by the machine. One partner does the work of a firm.
You do not need to know AI. Partners grow into the work by sitting beside operators at the frontier, deal by deal. Our first partner spent 26 years inside an energy supermajor, running commercial and finance across five countries and leading the change programmes behind acquisitions and ERP overhauls. He now owns industrials for us in the Middle East.

• Change management or business consultancy in your history counts for a lot. That is the real work once the squad is inside.
Ideally you've been to business school.
We are building first in the Middle East. We will make room for the right person in the US.
