Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Organizational Development (OD) Specialist to join our team in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in organizational development, change management, and employee engagement, with a strong background in HR, learning, and development. This role focuses on improving organizational effectiveness, enhancing workplace culture, and driving key HR transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement organizational development strategies to enhance employee performance and company growth.
Design and lead change management initiatives to support business transformation.
Analyze workforce trends and recommend improvements in structure, processes, and culture.
Develop and execute learning and development programs that align with business objectives.
Implement performance management frameworks to drive employee engagement and productivity.
Lead initiatives related to leadership development, talent management, and succession planning.
Conduct organizational assessments and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with HR and department leaders to ensure alignment with company goals.
Track and measure the effectiveness of OD and learning programs through key performance indicators.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
5 years of experience in food manufacturing or the FMCG sector.
Strong expertise in OD principles, change management, and leadership development.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
Strong knowledge of employee engagement, competency frameworks, and talent development.
Ability to analyze HR data and workforce trends to drive strategic decisions.
Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
