Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Developer with a strong background in Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) and hands-on expertise in OAF and Oracle APEX. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customization, development, and integration, along with the ability to collaborate closely with functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions within Oracle EBS R12 environment
- Develop and customize applications using Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and Oracle APEX
- Perform advanced PL/SQL and SQL development for data processing and reporting
- Work on Oracle Forms & Reports, including enhancements and maintenance
- Implement and manage Forms Personalization and Custom.pll
- Develop and support Workflows, APIs, and integrations with internal and external systems
- Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal system performance
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of database and application components
- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and documentation
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of experience as an Oracle Developer
- Strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (R12)
- Hands-on experience with OAF (Oracle Application Framework) and Oracle APEX
- Proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL
- Experience with Oracle Forms & Reports
- Knowledge of Forms Personalization, Custom.pll
- Experience in Oracle Workflow, APIs, and system integrations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience
- Strong communication skills with English proficiency (B2 level or above)
- Proven ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Experience working closely with functional/business stakeholders
Work Model
- Onsite role in Dubai, UAE
- Candidates must be willing and able to commute or relocate to Dubai
