Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Operations Manager at eXpace. Probation of 3 months. Upon success this candidate is to take on the COO role (No 2 role in business operations). The role involves managing day-to-day operations, managing teams, designing and implementing optimal business processes (transforming startup chaos into manageable order), supporting business development and sales team efforts, coordinating and aligning all stakeholders in product category and geographical expansion, and ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the parking experience platform.
Qualifications
Operations Management and Team Leadership skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of urban mobility and sustainability practices
Project Management and Strategic Planning skills
Ability to adapt to changing environments and work independently
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (ideally, but not a must)
Sharing the company vision
Understanding and embodiment of startup culture and attitudes
Careful planning and robotic execution skills
