About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Operations Analyst who is analytical, execution-driven, and customer-focused. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth payment operations, driving process improvements, and enhancing the overall customer and seller experience.
You will work closely with internal teams, banking partners, and payment networks to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement in operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage escalations with timely and accurate responses aligned to SLAs and KPIs
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify root causes and recommend solutions
- Monitor transactions and investigate anomalies in payment workflows
- Coordinate with banks, payment networks, and external partners
- Support reconciliation activities and ensure data accuracy
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and operational KPIs
- Identify trends and proactively recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
- Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in payments, financial services, or operations
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
- Experience in transaction monitoring, reconciliation, or payment processing
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
