Accountabilities:
Ensure following the process of attraction and selection of best fit caliber to business requirements through following sourcing, selection process and competency assessment
Ensure the implementation of the hiring cycle and fulfill the execution of the recruitment plan
Support line manager in project planning & execution
Develop and maintain active pipeline for mass jobs
Mange the career portal job positing and ensure maximum utilization of ad investment
Support and facilitate the employer branding initiatives to MenaBev as an Employer of Choice to targeted talent
Support in Campus Events, COOP, Summer Internship Programs
Provide proper handover of new hires files to onboarding team
Provide support in the design of the giveaways, and monitor the stock availability
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in recruitment
Bachelors’ degree in human resources or related fields
Fluent in Arabic and English
Project Management Skills
Interviewing skills
Communication & Negotiation skills
