Job Description
This role is primarily responsible for executing transactions in coordination with other sections to ensure a smooth flow. Maintain a high level of accuracy & efficiency in processing transactions. Deliver timely service to internal and external customers in adherence to the policies and procedures.
Job Context
Specific Accountability
Undertake all daily activities related to assigned product or sub-function in the cash management unit.
Process transactions received before cut-off, including high-value and urgent transactions on a priority basis.
Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system changes, process enhancements, and bank-wide initiatives in a timely and effective manner.
Attend to queries received from other banks and internal customers, taking necessary actions.
Perform daily and periodic reconciliations as per standard operating procedures and follow up on outstanding issues for resolution.
Proof internal accounts and submit necessary reports to RMU on a monthly basis.
Provide periodic feedback on process improvements to ensure efficient and risk-free operations.
Follow up on pending originals with relevant teams for all transactions processed on exceptions.
Ensure archival and retrieval of documents as per department guidelines.
Contribute to any additional activities or responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma.
Minimum of 2 years of related work experience in the banking industry.
