Key Responsibilities:
- Validate Card applications Data captured in FinnOne.
- Execute all relevant functions in the unit with accuracy and efficiency and with adherence to Service Level Agreements.
- Assist in ensuring that all required Regulatory and other periodic Reports / MIS are prepared and submitted on due dates.
- Ensure that activities are performed as per Service Level Agreement between Business and the Unit and quality service is provided to both internal and external customers.
- Assist in ensuring that all processes in the Unit are compliant with Central Bank, VISA International, and DIB rules and regulations in processing of transactions and documentation.
- Ensure proper follow up and timely resolution of queries received from other department of the Bank.
- All the above accountabilities includes but not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line Manager.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 3-4 years in relevant field.
Education:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in business administration.
