Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Nurse Manager to join a prestigious private healthcare facility. The Senior Nurse Manager will play a key role in overseeing nursing operations, implementing best practices, and driving excellence in patient care delivery. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage nursing staff to ensure optimal patient care outcomes.
• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Monitor and maintain high standards of nursing practice and quality of care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care coordination.
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
• Participate in strategic planning and quality improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to staff development, training, and performance evaluations.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Master’s degree preferred).
• Valid nursing license from a recognized regulatory body.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive nursing experience.
• Previous leadership experience in nursing management or supervisory roles.
• Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop nursing staff.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Valid UAE license (DHA / DOH / MOH) or eligibility

Experience

Minimum 5–8 years of nursing experience

At least 2–3 years in a leadership/managerial role

Hospital experience is required
