Senior Network Engineer Jobs in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia at Al Raedah Finance
Responsibilities:
Strong knowledge with the IP Telephony Design and implementation (e.g., 3CX).
Experience with firewall and VPN technologies (Forti Gate, Palo Alto). Certification is preferred.
Strong knowledge with Web Application Firewalls (WAF).
Strong knowledge with Oracle cloud infrastructure (Certification is preferred).
Design, implement, and maintain the network infrastructure (firewalls, switches, VPNs).
Design, configure, and implement secure network solutions, including LAN, WAN, VPN, VCN (Virtual Cloud Network), and VPC (Virtual Private Cloud) architectures.
Collaborate with IT security teams to enforce security policies and best practices across on-premises and cloud networks.
Implement and manage network security tools such as intrusion detection systems (IDS), intrusionpreventionsystems (IPS), and next-generation firewalls (NGFW).
Evaluate and recommend network hardware, cloud security solutions, and software upgrades to enhance security and performance.
Conduct regular network security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability management to mitigate risks.
Develop and maintain secure network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and incident response procedures.
Proficiency in routing and switching protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP, EIGRP) and network security principles.
Strong knowledge of network security technologies, including IDS/IPS, NGFW, VPN encryption, and Zero Trust architectures.
Strong knowledge of both cloud and traditional network monitoring and security tools (e.g., Wireshark, Solar Winds, Splunk, Crowd Strike).
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Years of experience:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in network engineering with a focus on network security and cloud networking.
