Senior ND Technician – MFL & Advanced Tube Inspection

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Technician with over 10 years of hands-on expertise in Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL) tank inspection and advanced tube inspection techniques. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IRIS, ECT, RFT, MFL, and Eddy Current Array (ECA) technologies, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality inspection services in industrial environments.
Responsibilities
- Perform MFL inspections on storage tanks and pipelines.
- Conduct tube inspections using IRIS, ECT, RFT, and ECA techniques.
- Analyze and interpret inspection data to identify defects and anomalies.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Maintain and calibrate NDT equipment regularly.
- Collaborate with engineering and QA/QC teams to support maintenance and integrity programs.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and inspection procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in NDT, with specialization in MFL and tube inspection.
- Certified in relevant NDT methods (ASNT/PCN/ISO
9712 preferred). - Strong understanding of inspection standards and codes (API, ASME, ASTM).
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting software.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead inspection teams when required.
- Experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or power generation sectors.
- Familiarity with robotic or semi-automated inspection systems.
- IRATA certification or rope access experience is a plus.
