Position: Senior Multidisciplinary Project Engineer (Oil & Gas)

Responsibilities

  • Lead discussions and provide solutions in Oracle Utilities C2M, CC&B, and MDM, with strong expertise in billing, meter management, and stakeholder management.
  • Oversee damper production, ensuring quality standards, optimizing processes, managing equipment maintenance, and supervising teams using AutoCAD and HVAC knowledge.
  • Coordinate sales activities, assist in documentation, monitor orders, and support the sales team with HVAC products and AutoCAD skills.
  • Lead multidisciplinary engineering projects, manage design and EPC activities, ensure compliance with standards, and maintain technical expertise in control systems.
  • Lead electrical engineering projects, manage multidisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with standards, and apply expertise in power distribution and system design.
  • Manage Odoo ERP administration, user access, system integration, and provide support while ensuring system performance and documentation.
  • Plan fabrication activities, monitor productivity, and communicate with stakeholders using Primavera software.
  • Review and update HR policies, implement reward strategies, conduct job evaluations, and analyze compensation data.
  • Coordinate and supervise structural welding activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and ethical standards.
  • Prepare cost estimates for multimillion‑dollar oil and gas projects, including cost analysis, project budgeting, and engineering qualifications.
  • Lead project planning and scheduling for oil & gas and EPC building construction projects using Primavera P6, ensuring compliance with client specifications and timely completion.
  • Develop and maintain enterprise web and mobile applications, focusing on frontend development, API integration, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
  • Create detailed mechanical drawings using CAD software, collaborate with engineers, and maintain documentation.
  • Provide Level 2 technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage Microsoft 365 services, and ensure compliance with IT policies.
  • Execute dimensional control surveys, analyze engineering drawings, operate advanced surveying equipment, and ensure quality checks for construction projects.
  • Oversee steel fabrication processes, implement methodologies, manage teams, and ensure quality control.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations for affluent banking, enhancing value propositions and guiding execution across teams.

Qualifications

  • 2–8 years of relevant experience.
  • Location:

    Doha, Qatar.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2).
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and CPM scheduling.
  • Strong CAD proficiency and experience with AutoCAD.
  • Experience with Odoo ERP administration and system integration.
  • Experience in HVAC, oil & gas, EPC, or related industries.
  • GCC experience or relevant technical diploma in civil construction.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and compliance orientation.
