Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Banking Operations Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in UAE banking operations and a strong understanding of administrative, customer service, and compliance functions within the banking sector. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage and organize banking documents and records, ensuring all files are up-to-date and comply with internal procedures.
Customer Service:
Act as the main point of contact between clients and the bank, providing timely responses to inquiries and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Banking Operations:
Coordinate with bankers and other relevant departments to facilitate smooth banking operations and meet client requirements effectively.
Compliance and Reporting:
Address and manage banking compliance queries, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with various departments, including sales, to ensure that client inquiries and requests are handled efficiently and effectively.
Portfolio Management:
Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, addressing client queries and maintaining strong relationships to ensure continued satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in UAE banking operations or a related field.
Strong understanding of banking products, services, and compliance standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software/systems.
Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance processes in Dubai is an advantage.
A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
