Responsibilities
Developing sustainable building design on numerous major projects including commercial, residential, tall tower and mixed-use developments
Preparing & verifying designs and converting them to site worthy shop drawings
Highlighting and clarifying discrepancies with the clients/designers in coordination with the superiors
Coordinating with different services and ensuring compliance to standards and local regulations
Leading, training and motivating team members to maximize quality
Identifying and building up a multi-skilled technical team
Managing work of other engineers and drafters to meet project and client requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor of Engineering – Mechanical
8-11 years in MEP, should have Gulf experience
Soft Skills
MS Office, AutoCAD
Technical Skills
Execution of building services as a contractor like fire fighting, piping works, HVAC, Chilled water systems, BMS, testing & commissioning, etc. capable of supervising detailed engineering works, coordinated shop drawings, technical submittals, liaison with consultants, coordinate with various disciplines and site supervision.
