Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our Infrastructure Project in Riyadh. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in the execution and supervision of mechanical works for large-scale infrastructure projects and should be available to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all mechanical works on infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and applicable codes.
- Review and approve mechanical shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with civil, electrical, utilities, and other multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor site activities, construction progress, and contractor performance.
- Ensure mechanical installations are completed in accordance with project schedules and budgets.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical systems.
- Identify technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions.
- Prepare progress reports and update project management on work status.
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies and company procedures.
- Attend project coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in construction projects.
- Mandatory experience in large-scale Infrastructure Projects (roads, utilities, water networks, sewage, stormwater, pumping stations, district cooling, or similar).
- GCC/Saudi Arabia experience is highly preferred.
- Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration is preferred.
