Key Responsibilities
- Prepare master plans, design packages, and technical documentation.
- Participate in design reviews and ensure compliance with project requirements and company standards.
- Coordinate with architecture, landscape, infrastructure, and other disciplines.
- Support presentations, reports, and project submissions.
- Contribute to the development of master plans through Tender Documentation.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Urban Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of master planning experience.
- Strong proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows.
- Experience in large-scale residential, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, or healthcare developments.
- Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration is required.
