Senior Marketing Specialist, Kazakhstan Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to lead all marketing initiatives for Bybit KZ. This role covers brand building, social media strategy, affiliate marketing management, and both organic and paid growth channels. The ideal candidate has a strong background in fintech, banking, or finance, with proven expertise in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns and delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities Marketing & Brand Strategy

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan for Bybit KZ aligned with global and regional priorities.
• Build brand awareness, trust, and engagement through creative storytelling and impactful campaigns.
• Ensure all marketing activities are culturally and linguistically tailored for KZ and surrounding markets.

Social Media & Content Management

• Plan, create, and execute a social media calendar across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Linked In, Twitter/X).
• Design and launch engaging campaigns including posts, reels, videos, and community interactions to drive organic growth.
• Manage paid social and paid media campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance optimization.
• Oversee SEO-focused content creation and work with internal teams to improve search rankings and visibility.

Affiliate & Partnership Management

• Provide market insights and recommendations to shape Bybit KZ’s affiliate strategy, including onboarding approach, performance tracking, and partner engagement.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to co‑develop and execute co‑marketing initiatives with partners, merchants, and ecosystem players.

Campaign Execution & Performance

• Launch targeted campaigns for new product rollouts, promotions, and events in compliance with local regulations.
• Track and report on marketing KPIs including acquisition, user deposits, trading volumes, and affiliate performance.
• Optimize campaign strategies based on data insights and market feedback.

Requirements

• Strong marketing background in fintech, banking, or finance (crypto experience highly preferred).
• Excellent language skills:
  Kazakh, English, and Russian (written and spoken).
• Strong understanding of financial markets and financial tools; crypto knowledge is a major plus.
• Proven social media management skills – including content creation, campaign design, scheduling, and analytics.
• Hands‑on experience with paid social and paid media campaigns.
• Solid SEO knowledge and ability to create optimized content for organic traffic growth.
• Experience managing affiliate marketing programs and partnerships.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment with changing priorities.
