Role Description The Senior Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote Pure Polymers’ masterbatch and compounding solutions across targeted markets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and identifying opportunities to strengthen brand positioning and drive sales growth. The Senior Marketing Specialist will collaborate with sales and technical teams to create marketing campaigns, product presentations, and promotional materials that communicate value to customers and distributors. Additional responsibilities include managing customer communication, supporting key accounts, monitoring campaign performance, and preparing regular reports and insights for management.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze trends, segment markets, and design effective campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to support commercial activities, generate leads, and collaborate with sales teams on opportunities.
- Candidates should possess general Marketing skills, including campaign management, brand development, and content creation for digital and offline channels.
- Relevant experience in industrial, manufacturing, or plastics sectors is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications in marketing or sales are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Jeddah, manage multiple projects, and use data-driven approaches to decision-making.
- Proficiency in common office and marketing software; familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
