Position Overview:

The Senior Specialist – Marketing is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing campaigns align with company objectives and deliver measurable results. Additionally, the role requires design skills using InDesign and Illustrator to create compelling marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional content.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and increase market share.

Manage marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional channels.

Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor landscape, and industry trends.

Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals and drive lead generation.

Oversee content creation and ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms.

Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Manage budgets and ensure marketing activities are executed efficiently.

Work closely with external agencies and vendors to support marketing initiatives.

Design skills using InDesign and Illustrator to create engaging marketing materials (e.g., brochures, presentations, promotional content).

Job Requirements (Qualification & Experience):

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within retail, FMCG, or hospitality industries.

Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

Experience with digital marketing, social media management, and SEO/SEM.
