Opportunity:
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to drive brand growth, user acquisition, and local market engagement. This role ensures marketing strategies align with business goals and delivers measurable impact through effective campaigns and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Marketing Plans:
Independently create and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness of Keeta grocery service.
Market Analysis:
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
Collaboration:
Maintain frequent communication with the user growth team and central marketing team to align on strategies, share insights, and achieve win-win outcomes.
Partnership Development:
Establish and nurture partnerships with local government, chambers of commerce, and community organizations.
Marcom Campaign Management:
Plan and execute marketing communications (marcom) campaigns to effectively engage residents and visitors.
Data Analysis:
Collect and analyze marketing data to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make necessary adjustments.
Requirements:
8+ years of marketing experience in an international company; experience in O2O, E-Commerce, or FMCG is required.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and summarization skills; able to identify problems within large datasets.
Proactive thinker with strong self-review capabilities, high self-drive, practical and conscientious approach, excellent execution skills, and the ability to collaborate efficiently across teams.
Strong work ethic and high goal orientation, with a clear sense of ownership and accountability.
Cross-cultural or cross-border working experience is preferred.
Fluency in English and Arabic as working languages is preferred.
