Overview
The Services Business Development team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Focused on global scalability and innovation, this team handles end-to-end solutions for a diverse client base, including payments consulting, loyalty programs, Test & Learn experimentation, and data-driven risk management services across various verticals.

Role
The Senior Managing Consultant will drive revenue growth for the Saudi Arabia market, collaborating with Mastercard teams and clients to ensure successful engagement delivery.

Responsibilities include:

Developing and executing regional sales strategies with direct revenue accountability

Achieving aggressive sales targets

Traveling extensively to support sales efforts and coach teams

Building and maintaining relationships with senior clients

Presenting compelling proposals to senior stakeholders and influencing large deals

Applying strong problem-solving and analytical skills to influence stakeholders

Representing Mastercard Services to executive-level clients

Partnering with leadership to align services with strategic goals

Implementing strategies and action plans to connect customer needs with Mastercard resources

Building, managing, and coaching a team focused on customer business opportunities

Collaborating with product teams to align innovations with customer needs

Working with Advisors, Consulting, and Finance teams to track delivery and revenue

Structuring work for complex projects and ambiguous challenges

All About You

Deep understanding of Mastercard Advisors’ value propositions and execution strategies

Strong commercial drive with expertise in building senior client relationships

Experience in consulting and data-driven solution selling preferred

Extensive network and ability to influence stakeholders

Proven success in complex sales and strategic account management, ideally within financial services or payments

Experience in account management, revenue, and P&L management

Conflict resolution skills and strategic planning experience

Excellent negotiation and sales skills for large deals
