Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced procurement professional to lead and optimize end-to-end procurement operations acrossdiversemarkets. The ideal candidate will have expertise in food procurement, supply chainoptimization, and supplier relationship management. This role is critical in ensuring cost efficiency, quality standards, and uninterrupted supply chain operations, with a focus oncollaborationacross internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Procurement & Supply Chain Management
Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business objectives.
Oversee supply chain operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods across all regions.
Balance cost, quality, and operational efficiency in procurement processes.
Supplier & Vendor Management
Build and maintain strong partnerships with local, regional, and global suppliers.
Oversee supplier selection, performance evaluations, and compliance with quality and ethical standards.
Negotiate favorable contracts to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.
Operational Excellence
Utilize analytics and market insights to drive informed decision-making.
Implementinnovativeprocurement practices to enhance efficiency.
Ensure compliance with internal policies,sustainability initiatives, and regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner withcross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and brand management, to align procurement goals with overall objectives.
Act as the primary point of contact for procurement-related communications with external stakeholders.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement team.
Foster a culture ofinnovation,collaboration, and accountability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 10 years of procurement experience, with at least 5 years in asenior managementrole.
Proven expertise in food procurement, preferably within QSR, FMCG, or restaurant sectors.
Strong track record in managing complex supply chain operations.
Proficiency in English;
Arabic is an advantage.
