Job Description
Leads the HSE oversight function, ensuring the Contractor’s safety management system is effectively implemented and aligned with project and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and approve Contractor’s HSE Plan, risk assessments, and method statements.
- Lead site safety audits, inspections, and compliance monitoring.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations and international HSE standards.
- Investigate incidents and ensure proper root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Drive safety awareness and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Report HSE performance and risks to the Client and PMCM leadership.
