Job Overview
IND Global Real Estate is looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Manager – Sales to lead, mentor, and grow a team of Real Estate Associates. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in real estate sales, team management, recruitment, and revenue generation, with the ability to drive performance and achieve monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of 8+ Real Estate Associates.
* Drive team sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
* Recruit, train, coach, and develop sales professionals.
* Conduct daily sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and performance tracking.
* Support associates in client acquisition, negotiations, and deal closures.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue.
* Monitor market trends, developer launches, and competitor activities.
* Maintain high standards of customer service and compliance.
* Work closely with senior leadership to achieve company objectives.
Requirements
* Minimum 5+ years of Real Estate Sales experience in the UAE.
* Minimum 2+ years of team handling experience managing 8 or more sales associates.
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
* Excellent knowledge of Dubai’s off-plan and secondary property market.
* Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
* Existing broker network and developer relationships will be an advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
* Fixed Salary: Competitive (based on experience and performance).
* Team Revenue Incentive: Up to 15% commission on team-generated revenue.
