The Senior Manager of Policies and Governance Oversight is responsible for ensuring the full implementation of best standards in bank Delegation of Authority (DOA) processes, policies, and procedures.
Key Accountabilities
Track departmental policies and manage the approval process, including controls oversight.
Perform gap analysis based on process analysis and propose necessary changes.
Track Business Units’ Delegations of Authority (DOAs) and manage the approval process.
Ensure the Bank’s Board DOA is fully aligned with the business units’ DOAs.
Other Accountabilities
Oversee main processes and procedures.
Support internal and external regulatory and audit inspections.
Ensure the Bank’s Digital Library is up-to-date regarding business units and DOA policies and procedures.
Coordinate the dissemination of relevant policies and procedures.
