Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager – OT Security to lead our operational technology (OT) security initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring the security and reliability of the operational technology infrastructures that support our world-class entertainment and lifestyle destination project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in OT security, risk management, and incident response.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement an OT security strategy that aligns with Qiddiya’s overall business goals and risk management framework.
Lead a team of OT security professionals, providing guidance and mentoring to ensure the effective execution of security plans.
Perform risk assessments and vulnerability assessments of OT systems, identifying potential threats and recommending mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with IT teams to integrate OT and IT security measures, ensuring a cohesive security posture.
Monitor and analyze security incidents, coordinating a rapid response to mitigate risks and resolve issues.
Establish and maintain relationships with OT vendors and service providers to ensure security compliance and best practices.
Conduct training and awareness programs for staff on OT security protocols and procedures.
Stay current with emerging OT security trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements to maintain a robust security environment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field; professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC are a plus.
8+ years of experience in OT security, with proven expertise in risk management and incident response.
Solid understanding of industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA systems, and associated security challenges.
Experience with security technologies specific to OT, such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and network monitoring tools.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple levels.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple priorities effectively.
