Job Purpose
The job holder drives organizational development strategy, leads change management initiatives, and implements talent management programs to foster a high-performance culture. The role also focuses on improving organizational effectiveness through leadership development, succession planning, employee engagement, and productivity.
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as OD Certified Professional, Talent Management Certified Professional, SHRM-SCP, or CIPD (Learning & Development) – preferred
Minimum Experience (number of years):
Minimum 8 years of experience in talent management, organizational development/ change management with at least 5 years in a leadership role in UAE within a multicultural environment.
Job Specific Skills:
• Strong knowledge of talent management practices including workforce planning, leadership development, succession planning, and performance management
• Solid understanding of organizational development and change management
• Experience using nine-box matrix for succession planning
• Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to measure program success and drive improvements
• Ability to coach, mentor, and facilitate presentations or workshops
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
