As a Senior Manager – Fulfillment Core Operations, you will own the performance, execution, and continuous improvement of fulfillment operations across the network, with a strong focus on inventory management, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
You will play a critical role in driving operational discipline, ensuring seamless day-to-day execution, and building scalable processes across fulfillment centers in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Own and drive key operational metrics including order fulfillment SLAs, throughput, cost per order, productivity, and customer experience; set and exceed clear goals for customer experience, quality, cost, and colleague engagement.
- Own end-to-end inventory management across the network, including inventory accuracy, shrinkage control, cycle counting, reconciliation, aging analysis, and inventory health; drive actions to minimize losses and improve availability.
- Manage and lead teams with clear process ownership across fulfillment operations, ensuring accountability, standardization, and consistent execution across sites.
- Manage the daily operational flow and implement new processes to improve efficiency and support scalability. Liaise with the Control Tower team to proactively maintain operational hygiene and real-time performance metrics across multiple buildings and departments.
- Engage all levels of the organization to remove waste from operational processes employing Lean-Six Sigma practices. Ensure that routine control mechanisms are adhered to, to minimize sources of leakage.
- Manage the labor planning, inbound, outbound, returns and inventory operations, space management, equipment maintenance and reliability, seller and vendor management, transportation and logistics, safety, quality, colleague engagement, productivity, stakeholder management, and peak planning and execution.
- Coordinate as a central point of contact for internal team and external stakeholder communication and escalation.
- Build a people-centric culture based on commitment, motivation and 360-degree support, to enable sustainable growth of the business. Develop and facilitate the success of every individual member of the leadership team.

What you'll need:
- Proven experience in fulfillment operations, e-commerce & supply chain, or large-scale warehouse environments with strong ownership of inventory and operational performance.
- Deep understanding of warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, and inventory control with a focus on execution.
- Strong experience in process improvement and operational control in high-volume environments.
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with a hands-on approach
- Experience working with cross functional teams in a dynamic environment
