We are looking for a skilled and forward-thinking Senior Manager – Finance Transformation to lead our efforts in optimizing and modernizing our finance function. This role is essential for driving operational efficiency and ensuring our financial practices support the ambitious goals of the project.
As a Senior Manager of Finance Transformation, you will spearhead initiatives that enhance financial processes, leverage technology, and drive the development of innovative solutions to improve our finance operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create a culture of continuous improvement and ensure that our finance team is well-equipped to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
Responsibilities
Identify opportunities for process improvements within the finance function and develop strategic initiatives to implement changes across the organization.
Collaborate with finance and operational leadership to assess current processes and design innovative solutions aligned with best practices.
Lead the implementation of new financial systems and technologies, ensuring seamless integration with existing operations.
Develop and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of finance operations.
Work closely with stakeholders to communicate changes and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Drive training and development initiatives to enhance the finance team’s capabilities and foster a mindset of continuous improvement.
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to keep Qiddiya’s finance practices at the cutting edge.
Manage stakeholder relationships and effectively communicate transformation goals throughout the organization.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification preferred.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in finance transformation, process optimization, or financial management.
Demonstrated experience leading transformation initiatives in finance or related functions, with a focus on driving efficiency.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in financial technologies and strong understanding of financial management systems (ERP etc.).
Proven capability to manage and lead cross-functional teams and projects.
Change management experience is highly desirable, with the ability to foster an innovative and adaptive team culture.
