Job Description

Company Overview: Join a leading trading company specializing in hardware items, building materials, construction items, and machine tools. With headquarters in Dammam, KSA, the company has operations across the entire KSA, GCC and Asia.

Role Overview: The Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts will lead and manage the finance and accounts team, including the regional finance teams. This role requires strategic oversight and operational excellence to ensure the financial health and compliance of the company’s operations across all regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the finance and accounts team, ensuring efficient and effective financial operations.

Oversee regional finance teams to ensure alignment with company-wide financial strategies and objectives.

Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.

Provide strategic financial guidance and support to senior management to drive business growth and profitability.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.

Collaborate with departments to support overall business objectives and improve financial performance.

Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity for operations.

Lead financial audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Experience in the trading industry, preferably with hardware, building materials, or construction items.

Strong knowledge of GCC financial regulations and practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with ERP systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Language Requirements:

Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
